About LM PAY S.A.
In 2010, Ratalnie.com sp. z o.o. was established, which was soon transformed into a joint-stock company. In 2018, Medical Finance Group SA and a new company, MediRaty sp. z o.o., are created on its basis, which finally becomes LM PAY S.A. in December 2022.
LM PAY S.A. has specialised in solutions that enable private clients to finance the costs of private medical and aesthetic services, as well as deferred and instalment payments. Brands owned by the company include MediRaty and MediPay.

The company has been operating since 2010 and started with simple loans for dental treatment. To date, it has attracted nearly 12,000 clinics to work with it, offering all kinds of services for health and beauty. Under the MediRaty brand, they offer loans to pay for these services (the average loan amount is approx. PLN 5 000).
In 2019, the company was the first, and to date the only one in the market, to offer BNPL-type deferred payments for in-patient services available to clients of collaborating practices. Payments for services up to PLN 5,000 are currently available via MediPay. These loans are characterised by a faster, automated process, a slightly higher price and a shorter repayment period (1, 3, 4, 8 or 12 instalments). The average amount of these loans is PLN 1,500.
The Company is today the first non-bank financial institution specialising in care now pay later (CNPL). Currently, MediPay loans account for approximately three quarters of all loans granted by the Company.
Critical to business development, and at the same time a barrier to entry for others, are the fragmented market, the Company’s ownership of long-standing relationships with partners and its unique reach. In recent years, the Company has recorded the highest in its history sales growth rate of loans.
