March is Women’s Month at LM PAY S.A. In March 2026, under the slogan #WomenWhoInspireLMPAY, we launched a campaign dedicated to recognizing the daily hard work, passion, and impact of women on the development of these rapidly growing sectors.
In Poland, there are over 132,000 hair, beauty, and nail salons, as well as approximately 10,000 SPAs, where 94.1% of the workforce are women. Furthermore, in more than 200,000 healthcare and caregiving facilities, women represent about 82% of the personnel.
