She knows how to deliver the right solutions and can respond quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. For many years, she worked in and later led the company’s Call Center team. She has the ability to build relationships and possesses strong interpersonal skills that enhance customer engagement and loyalty toward the company.
Olga is a natural leader with excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling her to motivate her team to achieve goals and deliver high-quality customer service. She has a solid understanding of the technology the company uses in this area, and her strategic approach to planning allows her to act effectively and efficiently for the company.
She has been with the company since 2014 and holds a degree in Administration and Management from the University of Economics in Warsaw.
On behalf of the company’s Management Board, Olga Gójska is responsible for the areas of sales, marketing, HR, and back office.
