As Head of the Legal Team, he has in-depth knowledge of financial, civil, commercial and tax law. He has a working knowledge of the functioning of financial markets and financial instruments. Effectively manages a team through exceptional interpersonal skills. He is a good communicator, both internally within the company and with external clients, and is an effective negotiator and conflict resolver. He is quick to make decisions and has the ability to align legal practices with the company’s business objectives. It operates to high ethical standards and complies with laws and industry regulations. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw.
