As Head of the Legal Team, he has in-depth knowledge of financial, civil and commercial law. He has a working knowledge of the functioning of financial markets and financial instruments. Effectively manages a team through exceptional interpersonal skills. He is a good communicator, both internally within the company and with external clients, and is an effective negotiator and conflict resolver. He is quick to make decisions and has the ability to align legal practices with the company’s business objectives. It operates to high ethical standards and complies with laws and industry regulations. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Lazarski University.
